¶1 Kenneth L. Bingham appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after he pled guilty to two counts of delivering cocaine (one gram or less), and from an order denying his post-conviction motion to modify his sentence. Bingham argues that he is entitled to resentencing because the trial court focused too much attention on a dismissed criminal charge, rather than on the charges for which Bingham was being sentenced. Because we conclude that the trial court did not erroneously exercise its sentencing discretion, we affirm.
