The issues for resolution relate to: (1) Bierman's motion for change of venue; (2) her right to a speedy trial under K.S.A. 22-3402 (1); and (3) the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain a conviction for premeditated first-degree murder. We find no error and affirm.
