1 Aaron Blackhawk appeals a judgment of conviction for misdemeanor theft, entered after a jury trial, and an order denying his post-conviction motion. Blackhawk argues trial counsel was ineffective for not impeaching a witness and for failing to object to inadmissible hearsay. Blackhawk also argues there was insufficient evidence to convict him. Because trial counsel was not ineffective and the jury had sufficient evidence to convict Blackhawk, the judgment and order are affirmed.
